Lead retail sales in Greater Sudbury with customer service, merchandising, and commercial food service product knowledge. This part-time role includes weekends and holidays.
At s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply, the Retail Keyholder supports customers seeking equipment, small wares, and retail products. You will open and close the store, recommend products, process transactions, maintain displays, and help the retail team surpass sales goals. Training is provided for knife sharpening.
Key Responsibilities:- Open and close the retail store
- Greet customers and recommend suitable products
- Maintain showroom displays, pricing, and presentation
- Handle daily cash and debit transactions
- Stock shelves and sharpen knives after training
- Sales and retail experience
- Food industry equipment and merchandising experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and use a ladder
- Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills
- Weekend, holiday, and reliable transportation availability
