- Fluency in French & English (spoken & written).
- 2+ years inside‑sales, order‑entry, or customer‑service experience—ideally in marketing, advertising, print, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to build rapport with B2B clients and uncover growth opportunities.
- Razor‑sharp attention to detail and a relentless follow‑through mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP (Salesforce a plus).
