Groundworks Toronto is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives to join their team in the Stouffville, ON area!

Our Outside Sales Representatives, known as Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), are key to our organization and success. CFIs partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.

Job Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads
• Diagnose issues in homeowners' properties and educate them on solutions
• Estimate repairs and prepare job proposals for homeowners
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain customer relationships and track sales pipeline

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Remote & onsite: reporting to and working remotely from the branch location
• Service area within the designated territory
• Reliable transportation is required

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in commission-driven sales, B2C, or in-home sales is a plus
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance, customer service, and satisfaction
