Join our logistics company as an Inside Sales Agent focused on Freight LTL, FL, and Rework services. This full-time office-based role emphasizes customer engagement and meeting sales goals.
As the Inside Sales Agent, you will report to the President and use your strong sales skills to create business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building. You’ll be instrumental in acquiring new clients and managing key accounts to boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop leads via cold-calling and promotional efforts
• Partner with executives to implement sales strategies
• Acquire and maintain strategic client relationships
• Deliver leads to Customer Success Managers as required
• Manage a high volume of transactions through the sales pipeline
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in logistics
• Knowledge of sales principles and successful techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field preferred
