As part of Glentel Inc., one of Canada’s top telecom teams, you will connect with shoppers and guide them through mobile, home, and business solutions. Full-time commitment including weekends and evenings is necessary to succeed in this role while working alongside major brands like Bell and Rogers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on mobile and business solutions
• Promote the benefits of the PC Optimum Loyalty Program
• Stay knowledgeable about carrier offerings and deals
• Achieve sales goals and earn unlimited commission
• Provide high-quality customer service and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Strong skills in sales and customer engagement
• Full-time availability for flexible shifts
• Eager to learn and grow in the telecom industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Retail or sales experience is a plus
