Digital Agency Business Development Manager

Drive new business for NVISION through agency sales, negotiation, and digital marketing strategy in a hybrid Markham workplace. Lead prospects from first contact to signed agreements.

As Business Development Manager, you will prospect, develop opportunities, and close business for NVISION’s full-spectrum digital agency services. You will collaborate with Production and Digital Marketing teams to identify growth and spending opportunities. The position also supports client transitions, account growth, and project satisfaction through direct client communication.

• Manage leads through introductory calls, proposals, and closing deals
• Source prospective clients through relationships, telephone calls, and walk-ins
• Grow digital revenue across assigned accounts and engagements
• Lead smaller accounts and support larger client accounts
• Transition implementations to Client Success Managers and company resources

• Minimum five years’ agency sales or marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of information architecture principles and SEO crossover
• Experience with e-commerce sites or varied industries
