Glass Hardware Sales Representative

Use glass hardware knowledge and customer service skills as a Sales Representative working full-time on-site in Markham. Support customers from inquiry through completed orders.

Ideal Glass Hardware Inc. seeks a customer-focused Sales Representative for sales, order processing, and warehouse fulfillment. You will serve contractors, installers, fabricators, builders, and other customers. The work includes recommendations, quotations, order documentation, and follow-up.

• Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with inquiries
• Recommend products, prepare quotations, and follow up leads
• Process orders and maintain accurate sales documentation
• Pick products, verify SKUs, pack, and prepare shipments
• Follow up on payments, pickups, and shipments

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented approach managing multiple orders
• Comfort working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills and full-time on-site availability
