Inbound Sales Development Representative

Drive inbound lead response at Magnet Forensics using prospecting, qualification, and customer-focused communication in a hybrid-flexible workplace. Support growth through meaningful sales conversations.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will qualify marketing-generated leads and connect prospective customers with Account Executives. You will use phone, email, social networking, and sales tools to identify needs, schedule discovery meetings, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. The role emphasizes inbound response with additional outbound prospecting.

• Qualify marketing-generated sales leads against defined criteria
• Connect with prospects through phone, email, and social networking
• Identify customer needs, challenges, and buying interest
• Schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives
• Manage contacts accurately in Salesforce

• Two-plus years in sales or customer service
• University degree or College diploma in Business or Marketing
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, relational, and negotiation skills
• Organized self-starter with excellent follow-through
• Microsoft Office and social media proficiency
