Build the sales function. Own the number. Grow two markets.
Our client is an established manufacturer in the medical industry, where quality and compliance are part of the culture, not a checkbox. They are looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of sales across Canada and the United States. This is a builder's role with real authority, direct access to leadership, and a clear mandate to grow revenue.
What you'll own:- The sales plan and revenue target across both countries, from winning new customers to expanding existing accounts.
- Your team: set targets, coach through prospecting, negotiation and close, and hold reps accountable to results.
- New territories, plus relationships with strategic accounts, distributors and industry partners.
- The playbook: prospecting cadences, territory plans, account strategies and the KPIs the team runs on.
- The pipeline: outbound, digital campaigns and trade show presence that keep qualified opportunities flowing.
- The face of the company with customers, distributors and at industry events.
- A proven record of growing revenue as a Sales Manager, Sales Leader or Senior Business Development professional
- B2B selling experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food manufacturing or similar)
- CRM and pipeline discipline, with strong command of KPIs (Hub Spot is an asset)
- Experience with Linked In and digital prospecting
- Excellent communication, analytical and relationship-building skills
