Regional Sales Manager Packaging Automation

Drive packaging automation sales across Quebec and Eastern Ontario through consultative selling, pipeline development, and new account acquisition. This bilingual role includes up to 60% travel.

Packsize seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead complex technical sales from prospecting through close. You will build relationships with C-level executives, understand packaging processes, and design solutions with software and Sales Engineers. The position focuses on developing new customer relationships, negotiating agreements, and delivering revenue results.

• Meet current and prospective customers through face-to-face or virtual meetings
• Prospect for new business and schedule initial presentations
• Analyze packaging processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and implement agreements
• Close annual new business measured primarily by generated revenue

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with seven-plus years in sales
• Two to five years selling complex solutions to C-level executives
• Experience managing strategic sales processes and relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent French and English with valid passport and driver's license
