As an Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker with RH Insurance, you will manage leads, generate business, and meet sales targets. You will recommend coverage, build customer trust, and identify cross-selling opportunities. The role reports to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead.

• Manage leads and provide timely quotes to prospective clients
• Generate new business through networks and assigned leads
• Understand customer needs and build trust quickly
• Recommend and explain coverage for individual customer needs
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

• Alberta Level 2 General License required
• British Columbia Level 1 or 2 General License an asset
• Minimum one year personal lines insurance sales experience
• Proven record of achieving high sales numbers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
