This position serves customers by identifying project needs, explaining product features, and suggesting related merchandise or services. Sales Associates build knowledge within their department and adjacent areas while supporting sales and customer satisfaction. - Educate customers about their entire project
- Promote Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services
- Seek product and service knowledge proactively
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or trade experience beneficial
- Strong customer focus and effective communication
- Interpersonal skills for guiding customer decisions
- Ability to follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures
Use product expertise, customer questions, and service recommendations to help Home Depot shoppers complete their projects successfully.
