Build member relationships at Good Life Fitness in Markham, Ontario, using sales experience and fitness knowledge to support individual goals.
As a Fitness Advisor, you will recruit new members and understand their health and fitness goals. You will recommend Good Life services, guide club tours, and create plans for member success. Consistent follow-up supports lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a pipeline of potential members using Good Life tools
- Tour potential members around the club
- Educate prospects about support for health and fitness goals
- Create plans using appropriate Good Life service offerings
- Maintain member relationships through consistent follow-up
- Experience in sales
- Self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment
- Ability to connect with diverse people
- Passion for helping others and personal health and fitness
- Excellent time management skills
