Sales Specialist

Pak Factory has spent over a decade as a design-led custom packaging partner to North American brands across apparel, beauty, food and beverage, and beyond. We're now at a genuine inflection point: transforming from a service business into a technology-powered platform. That means rebuilding our website, launching customer and vendor portals, and shipping AI products that change how packaging gets quoted, designed, and delivered.

You will help drive new customer acquisition at Pak Factory by managing sales opportunities from initial contact through sample, quote and first order. You’ll work with both inbound leads and outbound prospecting to develop new business and build customer relationships. Working closely with our design and supply chain teams, you’ll help customers find the right custom packaging solutions.

• Target Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 base + commission

• Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively engage prospective customers through outbound outreach.
• Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Manage prospects through samples, quotes, follow-ups and closing.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with design and supply chain teams to move orders forward and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate lead, activity and pipeline information in Zoho CRM.
• Manage daily tasks, follow-ups and sales targets.
• Re-engage dormant opportunities and past customers.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, inside sales, business development or a customer-facing role.
• A degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience is welcome.
• Confident communicator with strong phone and written communication skills.
• Organized, accountable and consistent with follow-ups.
• Experience with CRM (Zoho is an asset).
• Competitive, resilient and comfortable with both inbound sales and outbound prospecting. Motivated by performance and earning commission.
• Works well with cross-functional teams and takes feedback well.
