Position: Experience Security Guard for Residential Site Protection
We are hiring a Security Guard for residential site patrols. This full-time role includes night shifts, patrolling, and proactive communication to maintain safety and resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have a background in residential security and the ability to communicate clearly. Holding a valid Ontario Security License is essential along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism. You will be responsible for monitoring the site and assisting with any property management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises through regular patrols

• Keep detailed records of incidents and patrol activities

• Communicate with residents and contractors

• Address complaints for total resident satisfaction

• Support management with necessary tasks

Requirements:

• Experience with residential security patrolling

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Minimum age of 18 years required
