Join BGIS in Markham as a Security Clearance Administrator on a contract basis.
Your role will be essential in upholding security standards and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
This position demands 3-5 years of solid administrative experience. You will facilitate and manage security clearance processes for employees and contractors, ensuring documentation is complete and compliance with all necessary policies. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process security clearances for contractors and team members
• Ensure compliance with clearance protocols and documentation
• Provide updates and reminders on clearance expirations
• Safeguard personnel security screening files diligently
• Communicate effectively with security specialists
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of administrative experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to secure BGIS criminal background clearance
• Familiarity with Ontario security protocols an asset
