The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, with a strong focus on PHP, JavaScript, JavaScript Asynchronous Technologies (AJAX, Fetch), JS and CSS frameworks (Laravel, Vue.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind) modern front-end frameworks, and database management, document and maintain API libraries and cybersecurity best practices. The role requires hands-on development, architectural oversight, and mentoring of junior and mid-level developers.

The ideal candidate has proven expertise in designing secure, scalable, maintainable systems and a track record of delivering high-quality, business-critical applications.

• Design, development, and deployment of full stack web applications using PHP, JavaScript and frameworks (Laravel, Vue.js, Bootstap, Tailwind), and back-end technologies PHP, JavaScript, MySQL.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure systems, incorporating cybersecurity best practices to protect data, applications, and infrastructure.
• Oversee the creation, review, and continuous improvement of training and development materials for the development team, emphasizing secure coding practices.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric, and secure solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs to support seamless integration between front-end services and back-end systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) while maintaining strong security and compliance controls.
• Maintain and optimize relational and non-relational databases (SQL/No
  
  SQL), ensuring security, integrity, and performance.
• Undertake code review sessions, enforce coding standards, and support continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with security in mind.
• Be capable of adjusting and managing Git Lab CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of applications and RESTful services.
• Participate in technical strategy, roadmap planning, and architectural decision-making, including cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues across the full stack, including security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of full stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on PHP.
• Proven experience of working with the development teams, developers, and contributing to the project delivery.
• Proven expert knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and strong back-end development experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, secure coding practices, and web application security standards.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, ORM frameworks, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
