We are seeking an experienced Concierge to oversee our residential site. This position demands expertise in residential security, excellent customer service abilities, and capability to collaborate effectively within our security team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in utilizing basic computer skills and wireless technology while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform front desk customer service and administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with residents and property management
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and emergency procedures
• Address and resolve resident complaints efficiently
• Support property management with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Experience as a Residential Concierge Security professional
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
