Security Supervisor

Lead security operations at Paladin Security as a Supervisor in Markham, Ontario. This role combines leadership with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee daily security operations and mentor frontline personnel at a high-traffic facility.

Your role includes managing scheduling, coordinating training, and serving as a liaison with City management. You’ll ensure the enforcement of protocols, and create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Security Guards daily

• Manage scheduling and staffing adequately

• Monitor staff performance and uphold professionalism

• Oversee daily security administration documentation

• Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• Proficiency with access control systems

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Valid UOF and MOAB Certifications essential
