Position:  Concierge – Residential

Payrate:  $18.54 per hour

Status:  Full-time

Shift:  Tuesdays to Fridays: 3 pm – 11 pm, Saturdays: 11 am – 11 pm | Afternoon & Evening Shifts

Overview
Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Concierge – Residential to oversee one of our residential sites in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.

Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.

Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.

Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.

Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements

Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.

Excellent written and oral communication.

Must have a valid Ontario Security License.

Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.

First Aid and CPR.

High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Valid Driver's Licence is an asset.

Must be at least 18 years old.
