As a full-time Concierge, you'll oversee site security while enhancing resident satisfaction.

This role offers afternoon and evening shifts with a focus on customer service, effective communication, and teamwork within a dynamic security environment. Your experience in residential security and ability to resolve issues will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service

• Communicate with residents and property staff effectively

• Maintain professionalism in security protocols

• Address and resolve resident complaints promptly

• Support property management with various tasks

Requirements:

• Residential Concierge Security experience required

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds

• Must be at least 18 years old
