Allied Universal is seeking a Patrol Guard – Residential Site in Markham, ON

Position:
Patrol – Residential

Location: Markham, ON

Payrate: $17.60 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: 12pm to 12am

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Patrol guard – Residential to oversee one of our residential sites in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Must have Patrolling Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License
  .
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR is a must.
• Must be 21 and above of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
