Position: Experienced Industrial Security Specialist Role
Millennium Space Systems seeks an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to support classified programs in El Segundo, CA. This role focuses on safety, compliance, and personnel management in a dynamic environment.

As an integral team member, you will enforce rigorous security standards and manage classified information effectively. This position involves conducting training for personnel, maintaining access control systems, and resolving security incidents. You will play a key role in ensuring the protection of critical national security assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of personnel security records

• Develop and conduct security training programs

• Track and manage access quotas for SAP/SAR programs

• Ensure compliance with national security regulations

• Investigate and document security violations

Requirements:

• 7+ years in CSSO/Industrial Security

• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility

• Proficient in implementing NISPOM regulations

• Experience managing SCIF/SAPF operations

• Ability to communicate with DoD representatives

Contribute to national security initiatives at Millennium Space Systems through your expertise in industrial security management.
