Part Time Security Professional at Hilton

Join the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites as a part time Security Professional dedicated to guest safety and asset protection. This position requires vigilance and readiness to respond to incidents effectively.

The Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa is actively hiring for a part time Security Officer position. Candidates will play a crucial role in investigating security incidents, coordinating emergency responses, and conducting safety checks throughout the hotel. Availability for a minimum of three shifts weekly, including weekends and holidays, is required for this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate reports of criminal activity within the hotel

• Implement emergency plans for various situations

• Support special events with additional security if needed

• Conduct regular safety inspections around the property

• Provide medical assistance to guests and staff as required

Requirements:

• 1 year of security experience is preferred

• Valid security license, CPR, and First Aid certifications

• Relevant post-secondary education in security or law enforcement

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
