Paladin Security is actively hiring Healthcare Security Guards to provide essential support in hospitals across the Niagara Region. This role, available in full-time, part-time, or casual capacities, involves regular interactions with patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. The position requires flexibility to work various 8 to 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patrols within healthcare facilities

• Monitor security systems and alarms

• Verify access to restricted areas

• Respond to emergencies with urgency

• Deliver outstanding service to healthcare customers

Requirements:

• A valid Ontario Security Guard License is required

• Current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination needed

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Previous experience in security or healthcare advantageous
