Position: Rapid Response FTO with Armorous
Join Armorous as a Field Training Officer (FTO), specializing in rapid response and operations support at various client sites. This role is essential for providing immediate coverage and training to maintain operational excellence.

In this position, you will handle urgent staffing reactions and guide new employees on company standards and post orders. Your ability to adapt quickly will be crucial as you engage in diverse environments and assist in field operations and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer immediate support for call-offs and open shifts

• Conduct client site visits for operational needs

• Train and mentor new team members effectively

• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting

• Support fleet readiness and equipment delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of security experience

• Leadership experience is a plus

• Active BSIS Guard Card required

• Clean driver's license with a good record

• Excellent communication and adaptability skills
