Sephora Asset Protection Specialist

Become a key player in asset protection at Sephora as a full-time Specialist in Markham, Ontario. You will safeguard store assets and implement loss prevention strategies while working with the Leadership team.

As an Asset Protection Partner, you will focus on reducing theft while providing excellent service to clients. This role requires one year of retail loss prevention experience and involves conducting surveillance, preparing reports, and training staff in loss prevention techniques. You'll collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct floor surveillance and manage CCTV systems

• Prepare reports on theft incidents and recoveries

• Train employees on loss prevention strategies

• Assist in store audits and safety inspections

• Develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans

Requirements:

• 1 year of asset protection experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Availability for flexible working hours

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
