This influential role requires you to oversee the security framework at GVH facilities, focusing on compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulations. You will identify security requirements, develop and implement access control measures, and facilitate security clearance processes for personnel. Collaborating with engineers on security designs will also be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate security needs across two countries

• Establish and enforce physical security measures

• Develop frameworks for information security management

• Oversee personnel background checks and approvals

• Collaborate with engineering teams on security design

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant nuclear security experience

• 5+ years in nuclear security with 3 years in a management role

• Strong background in Nuclear Non-proliferation legislation

• Level II Security Clearance eligibility through CSIS

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
