Garda World seeks a Surveillance Security Guard for an institutional facility within its Security Services business unit. You will monitor security systems, identify suspicious activity, respond to threats, and help protect secure premises. Strong focus, detailed report writing, and sound judgment are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor security systems for suspicious activity
- Respond quickly to incidents and potential threats
- Document events and incidents in detailed reports
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises
- Control access and check visitor identification
- Valid security license and first aid certification
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Strong report writing and technology proficiency
- Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus
