Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard for an automotive manufacturing facility where safety, efficiency, and structured site security support operations. The position involves proactive patrols, emergency response, incident investigation, detailed reporting, and professional customer service. Strong communication and computer proficiency are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols across the facility
- Respond promptly to routine incidents and emergency situations
- Investigate incidents and complete clear, detailed reports
- Provide courteous, cooperative, professional customer service
- Report site concerns directly to the Operations Manager
- High School Diploma or GED
- Use of Force and MOAB certifications
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation and required PPE compliance
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and push 25 pounds
