Asset Protection Associate Simcoe

Protect Walmart customers, associates, and merchandise in Simcoe through store security, investigations, and professional observation. An Ontario Security License is required.

The Asset Protection Associate supports a safe, secure, and professional store environment at Walmart Canada. This role conducts patrols, investigates financial and physical shrink, communicates findings, and supports emergency procedures. It also assists with theft investigations, external apprehensions, and assigned store operations.

• Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
• Investigate shrink incidents and communicate findings to leadership
• Support internal, external, and organized retail crime investigations
• Assist evacuation procedures during fires and emergencies
• Carry out external apprehensions according to policies

• Ontario Security License required
• Security Guard License required
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
