This Asset Protection Associate helps maintain a safe, secure, professional environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors. The position supports shrink reduction and store profitability through patrols, incident investigations, emergency procedures, and clear communication. Work includes internal theft, external theft, organized retail crime, and assigned ethics cases.

• Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features function properly
• Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
• Communicate findings to Store Leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Support evacuations, emergencies, and store task team responsibilities
• Carry out external apprehensions under company policies and legal standards

• Be at least 16 years old
• Hold a Security Guard License
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Stand, bend, and lift inventory, equipment, or supplies
• Lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
