Investigate theft, shrink, and security incidents for Walmart Canada in Simcoe. Use observation, communication, and case support to protect store operations.
As an Asset Protection Associate, you will examine financial and physical loss while supporting Walmart Canada guidelines. The work includes internal theft, external theft, organized retail crime, and Global Ethics cases. You will share findings with Store Leadership and escalate internal investigation information appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Support internal theft and external theft investigations
- Assist organized retail crime and Global Ethics cases
- Present findings and perspectives to relevant stakeholders
- Escalate internal investigation information to loss prevention leadership
- Ontario Security License required
- Security Guard License required
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Clear communication of issues and findings
- Availability for varied shifts and holidays
