Behaviour Consultant

Salary$35.30/hr CAD – $41.18/hr CAD
Responsibilities- Pilot, modify, and deliver new and existing group-based ABA services, both virtually and in person.
- Identify gaps in services, quality assurance, client experience, marketing, and advertising.
- Develop services across Foundational Family Services and Group-based ABA services, including curriculum and resources for new group services.
- Train new facilitators and supervise group service delivery.
- Develop report templates and write reports.
- Support other programs within Kinark Autism Services as needed.
- Work evening and weekend shifts as required.
- Travel as required (Ontario driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance).
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and/or Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario) registration preferred.
- Minimum three years’ experience in ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Experience with development and delivery of groups, consultation-based services, and caregiver education – strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent computer (MS Office) and presentation skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence, access to reliable vehicle, willing to obtain appropriate insurance.
- Bilingual in English and French considered an advantage.
