Overnight Youth Support Worker - HOPE Program

In this dynamic role at 360°kids, you will empower youth to secure stable housing and develop necessary life skills. You will deliver tailored support through crisis management, skilled mentoring, and comprehensive documentation to optimize care. Flexibility is essential as you may rotate between program components as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with youth to create and evaluate individualized goals
• Support life skills development through hands-on sessions
• Utilize a trauma-informed approach for counseling and mentoring
• Document and address reports of youth incidents and crises
• Advocate for youth needs with community services
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in human services or equivalent experience
• Experience in youth support, especially trafficking awareness
• Must hold a valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
• First aid/CPR certification and background check required
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Provide vital support and guidance to youth achieving their independence with 360°kids!
