Youth Support Specialist - HOPE Initiative

Become part of 360 kids by working as a Youth Support Specialist in the HOPE Initiative. This crucial role focuses on case management, crisis support, and mentorship for at-risk youth.

At 360 kids, our HOPE Program empowers youth who have faced sexual exploitation through tailored support. As a Youth Support Specialist, you will help clients navigate their challenges and build resilience, using a strengths-based approach to enhance their life skills and independence. This position requires an adaptable, supportive demeanor and strong counseling aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess youth needs and create supportive plans

• Coordinate life skills training and mentoring sessions

• Provide youth-centered counseling using trauma-informed methods

• Address conflict situations and propose solutions

• Document interactions and advocate for youth's needs

Requirements:

• CYW Diploma/Degree or relevant education

• Proven experience with vulnerable youth populations

• Willingness to obtain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training

• Valid first aid/CPR certification

• G driver's license with access to a vehicle
