We are in search of a passionate Career Coach / Case Manager who will play a critical role within the Thrivers AME Pathway team. In this frontline position, you will provide tailored coaching that assists participants from their first intake through to successful placement and retention, addressing both career goals and mental wellness needs through coordination with a licensed psychotherapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized coaching aligned with participant goals

• Conduct needs assessments and maintain progress tracking

• Facilitate wraparound support such as childcare or workwear

• Advocate for placements with industry employers

• Coordinate mentorship opportunities to enhance participant success

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in career coaching or related areas

• Expertise in workforce development principles

• Proven organizational skills managing caseloads

• Proficient in case management software

• Experience working with marginalized or underrepresented communities
