In this full-time position, you'll manage critical cases and coordinate essential services while working in various community settings. Flexibility is key, as you may work evenings and weekends to accommodate families' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct case management for families facing challenges

• Coordinate vital services within the community

• Lead outreach and engagement initiatives

• Provide educational training to families and caregivers

• Comply with required background and health checks

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum two years’ experience in child or family services

• Approved California driver with current auto insurance

• Background check and health clearance necessary

• CPR certification preferred
