Overnight Youth Worker with 360°kids

360°kids is a leader in supporting youth and families in York Region. This part-time role in the HOPE Program focuses on helping youth affected by sexual exploitation and human trafficking. You will use a trauma-informed approach, conducting assessments, facilitating life skills sessions, and providing essential resources while fostering stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person assessments with youth to identify needs
• Facilitate life skills sessions and mentoring support
• Provide youth-focused counseling with a trauma-informed approach
• Assist youths in securing suitable housing and community resources
• Document youth interactions and case plan impacts
Requirements:
• CYW Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with street-involved youth required
• Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Current first aid/CPR certification
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Utilize your counseling skills and mentor youth towards stability and independence with 360°kids in Markham.
