Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services is looking for a dedicated Employment Counsellor in Scarborough, ON, focused on guiding newcomers towards employment success. This full-time role emphasizes community support and skill-building.

As an Employment Counsellor, your primary focus will be to assist clients in various aspects of their employment journey. You will conduct individualized assessments, create actionable employment plans, and facilitate skills development workshops. Your innovative solutions and commitment to client success will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver employment services tailored to individual needs  

• Conduct outreach for client engagement and support

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field  

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
