Youth Support Worker Weekend Shifts

Join 360°kids as a Youth Support Worker, focusing on overnight shifts every weekend from 11 PM to 7 AM. Help youth navigate challenges through mentorship and life skills development.

As part of 360°kids, you will provide individualized support to youth affected by exploitation and enhance their stability. The role emphasizes skills in crisis intervention, effective communication, and community resource linkage to guide youth towards independence and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate life skills sessions and provide mentoring

• Conduct thorough assessments and document needs

• Support youth in crisis management and conflict resolution

• Assist in securing stable housing options for youth

• Provide reports to the HOPE Program Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in human services or equivalent

• Background in supporting impacted youth is essential

• Must have current first aid/CPR certification

• Valid G driver’s license required

• Willingness to transport youth as needed
