As a Site Manager, you will provide essential leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring the well-being of clients seeking recovery. Develop individualized treatment goals, and manage the dynamics within primary groups to foster engagement in therapeutic processes. You'll also address crises and conduct risk assessments while working within the framework of established policies and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage active participation in therapeutic activities

• Organize and maintain client documentation
