Weekend Overnight Support Worker

Become an Overnight Support Worker with 360°kids, dedicated to assisting marginalized youth on weekends from 11 PM to 7 AM. Shape their futures through comprehensive support and mentorship.

At 360°kids, our 35 years of service provide a foundation for supporting youth affected by trauma.

Your role will involve case management, crisis intervention, and the encouragement of life skills development tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule in-person meetings to assess youth needs

• Provide mentoring and develop life skills for youth

• Manage conflicts and respond to youth emergencies

• Document all interactions and updates for case plans

• Advocate for youth in accessing necessary services

Requirements:

• CYW Diploma/Degree or similar education

• Experience working with youth in crisis situations

• First aid/CPR certification mandatory

• G driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Fluency in French an added advantage
