Seasonal Support Worker - Community Services

This temporary Christmas Support Worker role is focused on providing vital assistance to Community and Family Services. You will be actively involved in sorting donations, facilitating pick-ups, and organizing distribution efforts. Your contribution will help enhance the lives of those experiencing hardship during the holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing and sorting toy and food donations

• Pick up donations using program vehicles

• Set up and take down of distribution centres

• Accurately record donation statistics

• Participate in the Kettle campaign as required

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• One year of experience in community support programs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills and adaptability

• Capability to lift 20 lbs safely
