As a leader in backend development for IBM Software, you will prototype, assess, and implement features that deliver high impact. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of impactful multi-phase features
• Mentor teammates through code and design reviews
• Collaborate with Product Management on technical solutions
• Assess project tradeoffs to maintain momentum
• Influence quality and efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• 7+ years in software development using Golang
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and team dynamics
• History of collaboration with internal and external groups
• High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred
