Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and implementation of impactful software features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Mentor peers by conducting code reviews and pairing sessions
• Identify potential problems and propose proactive enhancements
• Promote technical standards and best practices within the team
Requirements:
• 7+ years of professional programming experience
• Proficient in cloud systems and platforms like AWS or GCP
• Strong organizational skills and team awareness
• Experience with Hashi Corp tools is a plus
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and align teams
