Reporting to the Director of Salesforce & Mule Soft Platforms, you'll enhance the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem. This full-time role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ideally suited for a developer with 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC

• Support implementation of business requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in sprint activities and backlog grooming

• Collaborate with Mule Soft and data analytics teams

• Follow best practices for testing, documentation, and code reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

• 2+ years Salesforce development experience

• Understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations

• Experience in Agile environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
