ResponsibilitiesA Day in the Life (What you will do here):
Platform Development & Configuration
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other declarative tools.
- Support the implementation of business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to application development following established architecture and coding standards.
- Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements (including healthcare data privacy where applicable).
Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in sprint activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve performance, usability, and system efficiency.
- Support ongoing enhancements and bug fixes for the Salesforce platform.
Integration & Data Management
- Collaborate with Mule Soft, integration teams, and data analytics teams to support API-driven integrations and reporting.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Follow best practices for secure data handling and governance.
Quality, Operations & Support
- Follow development best practices including testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Support Tier 2 production issues and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to platform reliability and system stability.
- Work closely with administrators, analysts, and developers to deliver solutions.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, triggers, OmniScript, integrations, and declarative automation.
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical vertical is an asset.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security best practices. Experience with Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud is an asset.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Agentforce or other AI tools is an asset.
- Exposure to Dev Ops tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure Dev Ops) is an asset.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are an asset.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

- The anticipated base salary hiring range for this role is 90K to 104K annually. The final base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
