This role seeks a skilled Senior Software Engineer experienced in C/C++ and open-source technologies. You'll design and maintain data processing pipelines, enhance performance, and integrate data collection systems like Azure and GCP. This position emphasizes contributions to both the GM team and the wider open-source community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement embedded data plane processing pipelines
• Optimize data plane for high throughput and low latency
• Integrate with Azure, S3, GCP, and other storage systems
• Develop custom plugins for unique processing needs
• Collaborate with Dev Ops for seamless deployment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ programming
• Familiarity with Linux, QNX, and Android
• Understanding of logging and data processing principles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
