As part of the innovative Agentic SDK team, you will define and manage the technical roadmap for AI platform initiatives.
Your role requires deep expertise in Python and significant hands-on experience with LLM systems. You will also mentor engineers while making critical technical decisions that influence the organization’s direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define technical roadmap for complex AI platform projects
• Architect production-grade LLM orchestration systems
• Design MCP integrations and knowledge management systems
• Lead AI feature design with cross-functional teams
• Establish coding standards and architectural patterns
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
• Proficient in Python and backend architecture (Django preferred)
• Strong React and Type Script frontend skills
• Hands-on LLM APIs experience
• Proven mentoring capabilities and project leadership
